Looking to step into the classroom and build your experience?
We're looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our team in secondary schools across South Gloucestershire. If you've been thinking about a career in education, or you simply want hands-on classroom experience, this role is the perfect starting point.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting teachers in creating positive, engaging lessons

Helping students who need extra guidance to stay on track

Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed

Building relationships that make a real difference to young people

What we're looking for:

A genuine interest in education and supporting young people

Previous experience with children (in schools, youth work, or similar) is a bonus, but not essential

A calm, positive approach and willingness to learn

Reliability, flexibility and enthusiasm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
