Job Title: Stock Controller
Location: Newton Aycliffe
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday - choose your own hours between 8:00am and 8:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Accurately record and maintain stock levels across multiple sites

Carry out regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliations

*

Investigate stock discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner

*

Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to coordinate stock movements

*

Ensure correct documentation and traceability for incoming and outgoing goods

*

Support stocktake preparation and execution

*

Produce regular stock reports and analysis for management

*

Identify and implement improvements to stock control processes

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a stock control, inventory, or warehouse-based role

*

High level of attention to detail and accuracy

*

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

*

Excellent communication and organisational ability

*

Confident using stock management systems and Excel

*

A self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team
