• Following technical drawings and work instructions
• Performing quality checks and basic testing
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working both independently and as part of a supportive team

What We’re Looking For in an assembly operative:

• Previous assembly experience (mechanical or electrical) is ideal
• Able to work from instructions and technical drawings
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
• PC literate and comfortable recording basic production data
