We're looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting top-tier quality and HSE standards. 🔧 What you'll do:

* Lead customer projects from proposal through to completion

* Onsore/Offshore Wind experience is essential

* Drive project planning, execution, and risk management

* Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and internal teams

* Support sales and tenders with time, cost, and risk assessments

* Ensure documentation, schedules, and resource coordination are spot-on

🎯 You'll need:

* A degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field

* Project management experience (Wind experience is essential - Onshore or Offshore)

* Familiarity with ERP systems, MS Project, and Excel

* Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills

* Fluency in English
