We’re working with a leading provider of smart building technologies to recruit an experienced and detail-oriented Quotations Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic commercial team where your technical and analytical skills will directly impact project success.

You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate quotations and tenders, managing project documentation, and supporting the sales team with strategic input. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working across technical and commercial functions, this role is ideal for you.

• Prepare and issue quotations in line with specifications and drawings.
• Manage the quotations inbox and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for incoming enquiries.
• Maintain and update the company’s EMS system with contacts, projects, and documentation.
• Prepare technical submissions, schematics, and handover documents.
• Track tender status and return dates.
• Attend weekly estimating meetings and project handovers.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical submissions and schematics.
• Proficiency in estimating software, spreadsheets, and documentation tools.
• Experience in commercial construction or building services.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Technical aptitude to understand product characteristics and applications.
