What we’re looking for in a Store Manager:

The Store Manager will be target-driven and sales-focused. You will be required to constantly identify new ways to give our business the edge, a natural leader with a true competitive spirit, obsessed with delivering outstanding customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of social media and current digital trends, alongside a deep understanding of football and lifestyle culture.

We want you to bring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our customer; you’ll do this by making a positive impact in the following areas:

Customer Service and Experience

  • Be a role model for the delivery of a world-class customer experience and train your team to deliver this consistently.
  • Increase customer engagement, satisfaction and monetisation.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Skilled in team management, motivation and training.
  • Create an engaging working environment for colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Sales and Operations

  • A genuine passion for sports retail with a clear understanding of the UK retail market, local trading conditions, and competitor activity.
  • You will be fundamental in achieving results and going beyond set goals, driving store performance to its maximum potential across the floors. Applies commercial insight to maximise store sales, margin, and profitability.
  • Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.

Visual Merchandising

  • You will support in delivering meticulous store presentation, taking pride in implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Brand.

About You:

  • Recent Retail Management experience.
  • Passion for retail and people.
  • Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • A desire and hunger to be the best.
  • Promote our Brand and our culture to internal and external parties.

The Rewards:

  • Store Manager basic salary: £35 – £40k, OTE of £45k
  • Assistant Manager basic salary: £30k, OTE of £35k
  • 40 hours per week, permanent contract
