As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be in control of all expendature, onboard Sub-Contractors and ensure value for money across our projects. What we are looking for:

* We are looking for an individual who has a Quantity Surveying degree or another technical qualification

* Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor

* A proven track record of delivering contracts on time and within budget

* A knowledge of Supply Chain management

* a RICS / CIOB qualification is prefered but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

* Reconcile cost reports and profit forecasts

* Maintain and develop relationships with our clients and customers

* Manage day-to-day cost control

* Process Sub-Contractors requests for payment via applications and invoice

* Ensure timely cash flow management
