Description

Work closely with German clients on an aged debt project for the finance team.
Manage and maintain accounts receivable records accurately and efficiently.
Process invoices and ensure timely payment collections.
Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address queries.
Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
Generate financial reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting processes.Profile

A successful Accounts Receivable professional should have:

Fluency in both German and English.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment in the Financial Services industry.
