What You'll Be Doing

Deliver excellent sales and service across inbound and outbound calls
Convert new business leads and retain existing clients
Handle renewals, cancellations, and complaints with confidence and empathy
Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products from a diverse portfolio
Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer service KPIs
Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with FCA standards
Continuously develop product knowledge across multiple insurance brands
Support fair customer treatment by providing clear, informed advice

About You

Essential Skills & Experience

Experience in a contact centre or phone-based customer role
Proven success in selling within a regulated environment
Strong ability to meet and exceed performance targets
Excellent listening, communication and rapport-building skills
Team-focused with a positive, results-driven attitude

Desirable Extras

Previous experience in insurance or financial services
Exposure to working across multiple product lines
Familiarity with insurance documentation and compliance
