Summary: This job requires working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Communicating with OEM, Tier1, Tier2 customers to understand business needs, plan, organize tasks to serve customers.

1.Work with the Supply Chain Manager to establish and monitor department goals and objectives.

2.When goals / objectives are not being met, investigate, identify root cause and establish corrective actions to ensure future success.

3.Apply experience and knowledge as it relates to the essential functions of Planning, Procurement and Customer Service to improve the overall service, efficiency and effectiveness in these areas to meet business needs.

4.Conduct analysis of customer forecasts, historical sales data and apply company internal parameters to reduce raw material purchase/process costs, optimize production schedules/maximize manufacturing efficiency, and manage company inventory in accordance with prescribed parameters.

5.Interface with Customers in support of new business opportunities as well as existing programs.

6.Conduct and/or direct through a designee, the training of new employees within the Customer service department. Document training using training forms which are then turned into HR to be filed in the employee file.

7.Prepare employee performance related documentation (Incident Reports, Performance Reviews, & Warning Forms). Discussions with the employee should include Human Resources at a minimum.

8.Ensure that departmental employees are following Company policies and procedures as set forth in the Ennovi Employee Manual.

9.Follow Company policies and procedures as defined in the Ennovi Employee Manual.

10.Follow all International Standards that apply to company’s certification and QMS.

11.Follow Company Safety rules and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

12.Maintain regular and satisfactory attendance.

13.Perform duties outside of normal work hours as required.

14.Other duties as assigned.

Education /Skills /Qualifications:

1. Must have a Bachelor Degree.

2. Must read, write and communicate in English as it relates to this position and safety.

3. Must successfully complete 90-day probationary period.

4. Must have 5 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing company related to Customer Service or Planning position.

5. 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience.

6. Effective communication skills, both oral and written.

7. Organized and attentive to detail.

8. Effective time management skills with ability to prioritize workload and multi-task when required.

9. Self-starter with drive towards continuous improvement.

10. Effective administrative & record keeping skills.

11. Capable of motivating staff to achieve goals & objectives.

12. Teambuilding skills.

13. Possess computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and SAP software.
