Reed Education are currently recruiting a reliable and confident Cover Supervisor to work on a temporary supply basis at a supportive secondary school in Immingham.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with previous experience working in secondary schools who are educated to degree level and are looking for flexible work within education.

• Supervise classes during short-term teacher absences
• Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
• Follow the school’s behaviour and safeguarding policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff at the end of each lesson

• Essential: prior experience working within secondary schools
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent)
• Confident managing classroom behaviour
• Flexible, reliable, and adaptable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
