They have a strong track record and a people-first culture.About the CompanyThis company has been operating for over 30 years, delivering high-quality building services (mechanical and electrical) across a wide variety of sectors including industrial, commercial and retail with offices in Bristol and Exeter. Their work spans installation, design, maintenance, and energy-efficiency/decarbonisation projects. The RoleAs a Junior Electrical Estimator, you will:

• Work alongside the Regional Estimating Manager, learning the full estimating process.
• Produce accurate quotations from technical drawings and specifications.
• Support bid preparation, cost analysis, and review of electrical designs.
• Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather pricing and ensure feasibility.
• Help to develop estimating tools, maintain databases, and improve cost-estimating methodology.

Who We’re Looking ForIdeally, you will have:

• Site-based experience (ideally working as a qualified electrician).
• A technical understanding of electrical systems (lighting, power distribution, possibly low-voltage M&E systems).
• A willingness to move off site and into an office role.
• Good numeracy, attention to detail, and strong IT skills.
• A proactive approach and strong communication skills.
