Make a Difference in a Specialist School

We are seeking qualified teachers with experience supporting challenging behaviour or SEMH needsto work within an independent specialist school in Stoke-on-Trent.

This setting supports pupils who require additional behavioural, emotional, and pastoral support, so the successful candidate must be confident managing complex behaviour and building strong relationships with students.

The Role
• Teaching small classes within a specialist setting
• Supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs
• Delivering engaging lessons while promoting positive behaviour
• Working closely with pastoral and support teams

Who We're Looking For
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)or equivalent
• Experience working with SEMH, SEN, or challenging behaviour
• Strong behaviour management and resilience
• Passion for supporting vulnerable young people
