This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Protection Adviser who wants strong earning potential, genuine support, and a high-quality client base with no cold calling.

If you’re looking for a role where you can focus purely on giving great advice, and be rewarded for it, this could be perfect for you.

What’s on Offer

  • Pre-booked appointments placed straight into your diary
  • Dedicated administrative support for submissions and case management
  • Quarterly Consumer Duty Bonus for delivering excellent customer outcomes
  • Enhanced base salary for up to 9 months to help build your pipeline
  • OTE £60–£70K+, with further uncapped earning potential
  • Hybrid working, combining home-working with time in a Central London office

About the Role

As a Protection Adviser, you'll provide high-quality protection advice to a steady flow of warm clients. You’ll deliver outstanding customer outcomes, maintain strong relationships with referring mortgage advisers, and manage your caseload efficiently.

  • Award-winning customer service
  • High staff engagement
  • A well-structured, supportive advisory environment
  • A customer-centric, values-led culture

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-led environment and wants to maximise earnings without the pressure of outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored, compliant protection advice to clients
  • Ensure all recommendations meet T&C, compliance and Consumer Duty standards
  • Manage a clear, structured daily workflow
  • Maintain exceptional service throughout the client journey
  • Build strong relationships with internal partners and referring advisers

Skills & Experience

  • 1-2+ years’ experience in a protection advice role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently and manage a busy caseload
  • Service-driven, professional, and organised
  • Confident with digital systems and tools
  • Excellent telephone manner and rapport-building ability

Location

Hybrid set up: enjoy the flexibility of home-working 1-2 days a week, alongside time in the Central London office.
