We're partnering with a well-established UK distribution business undergoing an exciting period of growth. To support this expansion, we're seeking a driven and results-focused Account Manager who's hungry for success and eager to build a long-term career.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing key customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving growth within your region. This role offers the freedom to work from home while being on the road meeting clients

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary contact for all matters relating to your customer portfolio.

* Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.

* Achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and volume targets.

* Execute strategic sales plans and tactical initiatives to maximise opportunities.

* Identify, prospect, and win new business using effective preparation, presentation, and negotiation skills.

About You:

* Proven track record in B2B sales or account management (1+ years), consistently hitting or surpassing targets.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.

* Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

* A natural relationship builder with a collaborative approach.
