A well-established and reputable construction company based in Warrington is looking for a confident and detail-driven Accounts Administrator to join its team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong finance admin experience to step into a varied and rewarding role within a respected name in the industry.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the successful candidate will play a key part in keeping finance operations running smoothly — from invoice management and CIS to procurement and general office support.

Duties:

*

Assigning projects to invoices and ensuring accurate tracking across all sites

*

Managing invoice queries and processing payments

*

Overseeing CIS and PAYE payments and onboarding new CIS contractors

*

Setting up and approving new suppliers

*

Handling procurement for all live sites

*

Managing expenses and ensuring prompt processing

*

General office duties — including ordering stationery and providing ad hoc admin support

*

Acting as the main point of contact for company phone calls

*

Assisting with website and social media updates on an ad hoc basis

What they're looking for:

Previous experience in a similar finance or accounts admin role (construction experience a bonus)

*

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

*

A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities

*

Strong communication skills and confidence working with suppliers, contractors, and team members

*

Familiarity with finance systems (experience with Telleroo or CIS processes is advantageous)
