Full Time Permanent Contract
Location: Chilton, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5pm
Our client offers a wide range of products and services, including general insurance, life, pensions and investments and has been providing quality insurance for its customers, for over 110 years. They are a top ten UK insurance company and the UK's largest rural insurer, with an agency network of over 250 local offices.
Due to the continuing success of the growing Agency we are recruiting for a full time Customer Service Adviser within the team. You will be providing exceptional service to both their existing customer base and new customers. On a day-to-day basis you will be dealing with new sales and enquiries, existing policy changes and claims, all with a 'can do' proactive enthusiasm.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a customer service role, excellent telephone manner, superb attention to detail and a flexible people orientated approach.
You will relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused ambitious team. Ability to work to strict deadlines within a compliant environment and manage a complex workload.
Capable IT user, including Microsoft and quick to adapt. 5 GCSE's (or equivalent qualifications) at grade C or above including Maths and English are essential. Our commitment to you:
