We are looking for a Responsive Supervisor person in the Cambridgeshire area to work for a highly established social housing company in the area. The position would be a permanent role and would involve working within social housing doing renovations, travelling as far as Grantham and Northampton.

The successful Responsive Supervisor person will be responsible for:
• Delivering monthly toolbox tasks
• Complete weekly spot checks and health and safety reports
• Manage inductions of new starters
• Performance manage operatives with support from management
• Manage day-to-day queries with colleagues
• Assess and review trackers against timesheets on a weekly basis
• Support schedulers with any queries
• Complete post inspections

The successful Responsive Supervisor will:
• Have a full UK drivers license
• Experience supervising trade operatives
• SSSTS qualification
• Social housing and trade experience
