This is a Permanent position for a HR administrator to join a global business based in Egham.
This company based in Egham are an industry leader in their market with a wide range of customers and products.
The HR Administrator position based in Egham will involve the following tasks:
- Assist with the on boarding of new employees
- Set up of employees with payroll
- Issuing of contracts and offer letters
- Manage induction training for new starters
- Act as first point of contact for HR related questions from the business
- Off boarding of employees
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Managing of compliance
The successful candidate for the HR Administrator position based in Egham will need to have the following skills and responsibilities:
- Previous experience of working in a HR based role
- Strong administration skills
- Competent using Microsoft office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
