Join a fast-paced, growing operation in Park Royal! We're looking for fully flexible Warehouse Operatives to support our client's busy night shift.
🕒 Shift Pattern:4 ON / 4 OFF
8 PM - 8 AM (12-hour shifts)
💰 Pay Rate:£13.50 per hour - weekly pay
🔧 What You'll Be Doing:Picking, packing, and processing pharmaceutical and wellness products with precision and care
Working efficiently in a busy, fast-moving warehouse environment
Standing, walking, and staying active for the full shift
Following strict hygiene and safety procedures
Meeting performance targets and supporting your team to achieve nightly goals
✔️ Requirements:Fully flexible and able to commit to 12-hour night shifts (4 on / 4 off)
Comfortable with physical work and long periods of movement
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
🚀 Progression Path:Become a Trained Operative
Earn an extra £0.50 per hour (increasing your rate to £14.00/hr)
Opportunities to progress into Team Leader or Supervisor roles
