Site Works (Facilities) Manager - RAF Brize Norton - £21.20/hr PAYE - 6 Months

We are currently recruiting for 2 x Site Works (Facilities) Managers to join the team at RAF Brize Norton, Carterton (OX18 3LX), supporting defence infrastructure works.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced site professional with strong facilities and project coordination experience to join a high-profile defence contract.

Rate: £21.20 per hour PAYE (£44,000 pro rata)
Start Date: 9th March 2026
Duration: 6 months

Clearance - Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) required
CSCS Card required

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site activities

*

Supervising engineers and subcontractors

*

Conducting site safety inspections

*

Producing and managing health & safety documentation

*

Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to required standards

Essential Skills & Experience

*

Previous experience in site or facilities management

*

Strong IT skills, organisational and written communication skills

*

Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

*

IOSH Managing Safely

Highly Advantageous

*

Temporary Works Supervisor (TWS)

*

Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
