The Role

*

Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the National Curriculum

*

Create a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

*

Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively, tailoring your approach to individual learning needs

*

Work closely with teaching assistants, SENCO, and other staff to support pupils with varying needs

SEN Focus

The school has a strong commitment to inclusive education, with a well-established SEN team that provides additional support across the school. Pupils with a range of needs (including Autism Spectrum Condition, speech and language delays, and social-emotional needs) are successfully integrated into the classroom. Teachers are encouraged to use adaptive teaching strategies, and SEN CPD is regularly offered to all staff.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - UK-recognised

Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a UK primary setting

*

Strong classroom management and planning skills

*

A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach to teaching

A commitment to inclusive education and a genuine passion for working with children

*

Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to apply
