You will be a recruitment specialist within our small and supportive Global HR team. Committed to providing an innovative and efficient recruitment service across the Group, you will bring organisation, experience and fresh ideas to this function.

Key responsibilities:

Identifying -working with HR and Hiring Managers to evaluate job roles and produce job descriptions and person specifications.

Attracting -developing recruitment campaigns appropriate to the role, using multiple sourcing channels to attract candidates. Writing compelling copy and building relationships and candidates pipelines.

Selecting - initial phone interviews, assisting with longlist and shortlisting. Ensuring that all selection processes meet our high standards of compliance and best practice around equal opportunities.

Interviewing- participating in interviews and guiding Managers in planning and conducting interviews.

Offering- working with the HR team to ensure candidates receive accurate and timely offers. Ensuring that all unsuccessful candidates are notified in a professional manner.

Reporting and administration- tracking candidates, quarterly reporting on costs and methods and ensuring GDPR compliance.

Employer Branding- posting relevant and engaging content across social media channels and continually promoting William Reed as an employer.

Candidates must have previous recruitment experience either in-house or with a recruitment agency and in particular must be confident in directly sourcing and screening candidates.

Legal and best practice knowledge around recruitment issues including Equality and GDPR is essential as well as a positive and proactive approach to diversity, inclusion and belonging.

Strong communication skills are essential including listening and questioning skills and the ability to write accurate and engaging copy for job advertisements and social media posts.

There is an administration and reporting element to the role as well so organisation and a high level of attention to detail is key.

We have global offices with our UK Head Office based in Crawley, West Sussex. We embrace flexible and remote working and in line with the Company’s current agile working policy there will flexibility to work from the office for part of the week with the rest of the time working from home. Travel to our London office and flexibility to deal with different time zones may be occasionally required.

We are ideally looking for someone to work approximately 21 hours per week on a job share basis but welcome applications from candidates seeking alternative working patterns including full-time.
