Are you an experienced accounting professional or lecturer looking to inspire learners in West London? A well-established further education college is seeking a passionate Accounting Lecturer to deliver high-quality courses and support students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging lessons in Accounting and Finance, including AAT or equivalent qualifications

* Plan, prepare, and assess student work

* Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback

* Support students pastorally, including attendance and progression tracking

* Contribute to curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives

* Maintain accurate records in line with college systems

Requirements

* Relevant qualification in Accounting / Finance (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

* Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)

* Experience delivering AAT / Accounting courses preferred

* Strong communication and organisational skills

* Passionate about education and learner success

* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
