We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a fire door installation project in a school setting. This is a hands-on management role requiring a strong understanding of fire door compliance, safety standards, and the ability to coordinate with contractors and school representatives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to fire door installation

Ensure strict compliance with health & safety regulations and fire door legislation
*
Liaise with subcontractors, school staff, and the wider project team
*
Maintain accurate records and site documentation
*
Manage day-to-day site logistics and ensure project milestones are met
✅ Requirements:

SMSTS
*
Valid CSCS card
*
First Aid certificate
*
Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in educational settings or fire safety works
*
Strong communication and organisational skills
