Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional, timely, and knowledgeable support to customers via email, phone, and live messaging.
- Resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, maintaining the company's outstanding Trustpilot rating.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with both new and returning customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records to ensure service quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with courier partners to track and resolve delivery or logistics issues.
