About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-quality housing development comprising of just under 100 units in the scenic town of Chipping Norton. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing developer focused on delivering homes with care, efficiency, and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations from groundworks through to completion.

*

Oversee subcontractors, labour, and material deliveries.

*

Ensure build quality, programme timelines, and health & safety compliance.

*

Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and liaison with clients and consultants.

*

Maintain clear site documentation and reports.

*

Manage snagging and handover processes.

Requirements:

*

Proven track record managing residential housing developments.

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential.

*

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

*

Experience delivering homes to NHBC or equivalent standards.

*

Ability to coordinate multiple trades and site logistics effectively.

Desirable:

*

Timber frame experience (preferred but not essential).

*

NVQ Level 6 or equivalent in Site Management.
