Telecom Reporting Analyst , Stamford, CT

Job Description

Business hours are: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm out of the Client Office, not to exceed 40 hours per week.

The Reporting analyst will design and develop metrics, reports and analyses to drive key business decisions.

The Reporting analyst receive requests from all members of the management team so they must have strong task prioritization skills in addition to good statistical and critical thinking skills.

The reporting analyst needs to be familiar with telecom provisioning, Billing ( ICOMS and CSG) and CRM ( Salesforce) data sources.

Assemble and analyze data for business reports, make sure data and calculations are accurate.

The reporting analyst will have 5 - 7 years experience with programs such as SQL, Access, and Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables.

The resource will have experience with SAS and be familiar with Big data concepts.

Knowledge of Telecom field operations and interval reporting is a huge plus.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or management information systems is preferred.
