Basic salary of £20,000 per annum, depending on experience
Uncapped on-target earnings of £50,000 to £55,000+ per year, based on finance and insurance sales

No Sundays requiredResponsibilities of the Business Manager:

Support and guide the sales team through the sales process, engaging with customers at appropriate points
Manage the dealership's CRM system to ensure accurate recording of sales, renewals, and reporting
Train and coach the sales team on sales techniques, products, and customer service standards
Control the sale, administration, and compliance of finance and insurance (F&I) products, ensuring FCA regulations are met
Handle all payments and commissions relating to vehicle sales and F&I transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Develop and maintain relationships with finance providers and other external stakeholders
Monitor all F&I transactions to ensure they adhere to industry regulations and standards
Drive the sales team towards meeting and exceeding targets, contributing to dealership profitabilityRequirements:

Significant experience as a Business Manager or in a senior sales position within a franchise-approved dealership
Strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance products, and relevant legislation, preferably FCA-accredited
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Excellent customer relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering high standards
A results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
A valid UK driving licence with minimal points
Living within or near Pontypridd or commuting reasonably to the area
