We are currently experiencing high demand for experienced Cover Supervisors across a number of secondary schools in Birmingham from January 2026. If you have strong classroom management skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced school environment, we want to hear from you.

About the Role:

Delivering pre-planned lessons across KS3 & KS4

*

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

*

Supervising pupils during lessons in the absence of the class teacher

*

Providing support across a range of subjects or specialising in your preferred area

*

Ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Previous experience working in a secondary school (essential)

*

Confident in managing behaviour and leading a classroom

*

Flexible and able to adapt to different subjects and year groups

*

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

*

Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to supporting student learning
