A well-established luxury residential main contractor, operating since 2008 and delivering ~100 super prime projects across Chelsea & Fulham, is seeking a confident Senior QS to join its growing commercial team.

This is a genuine progression opportunity, with a clear pathway for the right individual to move into a Commercial Director role as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial management of multiple super prime residential projects
• Procurement and subcontractor package management
• Contract administration under JCT Design & Build
• Managing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Working closely with project managers and site teams
• Acting as a client-facing commercial lead on projects
• Overseeing project financial performance and reporting

• Strong JCT D&B contract knowledge
• Self-assured and commercially astute
• Excellent client interface and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple high-value projects
• Enjoys working in a small, dynamic business environment

Package

• £85,000 – £100,000(salary negotiable for the right person)
