Job Description

We are an established State Farm Agency, located in Claremont CA, looking for P/C Licensed individuals to join our team. We want you if you are highly motivated, results-driven, and have a positive mental attitude. Candidates must have at least begun license training prior to employment beginning.

Successful candidates will be goal-oriented self-starters who can demonstrate an above average talent for setting and achieving aggressive goals. You must have a positive attitude and the ability to work independently, with a strong sales background. This candidate must be professional and have excellent communication skills. You will provide insurance and financial services to the changing needs of our current and potential clients by selling property & casualty, life, health insurance, bank products and other financial services.

Ideal candidate will be Property & Casualty licensed and trained for a successful career. 

Duties include:              

Solicit, quote & sell all lines of insurance and financial services (activities included):


1) Talking to businesses and individuals about their insurance and financial service needs

2) Cold calling

3) Respond to internet leads

4) Community Event Marketing

5) Ask for referrals

6) Contact existing customers to add new lines of insurance
