Group Finance Controller – Chippenham

We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially astute Group Finance Controller on a temporary to permanent basis for our client.

You will play a key role in leading the financial operations in a complex, fast-growing family-run business with BIG PLANS for the future.

Whilst leading a small team your key responsibilities will be:

• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Managing IFRS compliant management accounts
• Overseeing year-end processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally and presenting strategic insights at board level

Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with a proven track record in senior finance roles within complex, multi-faceted businesses
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable being part of and driving business transformation and growth

At a pivotal point for the business this is an ideal time to join them and explore on a temporary basis whether you can deliver and be part of their onward and exponential growth journey on a permanent basis. This is an immediate requirement so you should be on no more than a weeks notice to start ideally.
