Job Description: As a CNC Programmer, you will play a pivotal role in our client's manufacturing operations. Working closely with a team of skilled professionals, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components and parts according to precise specifications. Your expertise in CNC programming and machining techniques will contribute to the efficiency, productivity, and overall success of the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

Develop CNC programs based on engineering blueprints, specifications, and production requirements.
Set up CNC machines, including tooling selection, workpiece loading, and fixture setup.
Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance.
Monitor machining operations to verify adherence to quality standards and make any necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify and implement process improvements.
Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal functionality.
Maintain accurate documentation of programs, tooling, and machine settings.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:

Extensive experience as a CNC Programmer, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Proficiency in CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code, M-code) and CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Mastercam).
Solid understanding of machining principles and techniques.
Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Familiarity with a range of CNC machines, including milling machines, lathes, and grinders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
Prior experience with multi-axis machining and advanced tooling techniques is desirable.
