About the Role:

A leading building services contractor is looking to recruit an Electrical Services Estimator to join their dynamic Pre-Construction team based in Cirencester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is commercially astute, technically strong, and thrives on producing accurate and competitive tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and submit timely and accurate tender submissions.

* Review and vet supplier quotations to ensure best value is included.

* Organize and lead tender adjudication meetings, highlighting project duration, cost approach, and potential risks.

* Support internal teams with clear, concise tender documentation and project analysis.

Skills and Attributes:

* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to proactively manage risk.

* Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

* A proactive approach to improving systems, advising clients on cost/time-saving solutions.

* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Experience and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar estimating role with an M&E contractor or the M&E division of a main contractor.

* Background in commercial office and warehousing projects would be

* advantageous.

* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer-based estimating tools.

* Understanding of broader MEP disciplines, BREEAM, and sustainability initiatives.

* Degree-qualified (preferred) and minimum 3 years' relevant industry experience.

* Full UK Driving Licence (required).
