The Role
We are looking for a committed leader who will work closely with the Headteacher to deliver our mission. This is a class-based role with weekly dedicated management time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and articulate a clear vision for Catholic education
* Play a central role in school leadership, development, and faith life
* Lead the spiritual development of pupils and staff
* Use data to drive whole-school improvement
* Inspire excellence in teaching, learning, and behaviour
* Promote effective partnerships with parents, the Trust, and wider community
* Ensure high standards of safeguarding and child protection
* Contribute to strategic planning, governance, and staff performance management
