What you'll be doing

Coordinating daily transport and dispatch activities
Tracking shipments and resolving issues before they escalate
Working closely with drivers, internal teams, and freight providers
Preparing, packing, and loading equipment (including DG where trained)
Keeping documentation, records, and asset tracking fully up to date
Supporting warehouse tasks and maintaining an organised workspaceWhat you bring

Comfortable in a busy, physical, hands‑on environment
Strong communicator who can prioritise and stay calm under pressure
Team player with initiative and a flexible, can‑do approach
Basic logistics or customs knowledge is a bonus
Forklift experience desirable but not essential - training can be provided
