About the RoleAs Facilities Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things operational across a vibrant and fast-paced innovation campus. From managing contractors and coordinating maintenance to supporting sustainability initiatives and ensuring top-tier customer service, your role will be central to the smooth running of this unique environment.
Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, and contractors
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations and planned maintenance
Coordinate inspections, health & safety compliance, and statutory checks
Support small capital works and tenant alterations
Drive sustainability efforts and green travel initiatives
Assist with service charge budgeting and invoice approvals
Help foster a strong sense of community through events and engagementAbout You

2+ years' experience in facilities or property management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organisational abilities and a proactive mindset
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Elogs or RiskWise is a plus
