Project Scope: Groundworks, concrete, slabbing, and waterproofing works

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee refurbishment works in Paisley. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the safe and efficient delivery of groundworks, concrete, slabbing, and waterproofing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification

Coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site

*

Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with H&S regulations

*

Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and handover

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager within groundworks and structural works

*

Strong knowledge of concrete, slabbing, and waterproofing methods

*

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

*

Valid SMSTS (or equivalent) and First Aid certification
