Remote or Johnson Controls Office

What you will do:

Choose to work remotely, hybrid, or from any Johnson Controls office. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will collaborate with existing distributors and manage incoming leads, focusing primarily on generating new business by utilizing Salesforce to book appointments, follow up on marketing campaigns, and manage administrative duties.

This is an excellent opportunity to advance your B2B sales career, with potential pathways to external sales or other office roles.

How you will do it:

  • Work closely with the internal sales leader and country leader

  • Manage qualified leads and existing business while proactively generating new opportunities

  • Receive product training to confidently overcome objections and provide business customers with complete peace of mind

  • Collaborate with the external B2B sales teams

  • Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and CRM software

What we look for:

Required:

  • Experience in the security industry

  • Experience working with distributors or installers within the security industry

  • Excellent communication skills with a record of overcoming objections

  • Proven success in meeting sales targets

  • Ability to nurture relationships and manage accounts

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook

Desired:

  • Familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage
