As a Trainee Machine Operator, your responsibilities will include:

Setting up and running production machinery after training
Loading and unloading components into machines safely
Monitoring machines during operation and reporting issues
Completing basic visual and measurement checks
Following work instructions and meeting production targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working area
As a Trainee Machine Operator, your experience will include:

Hands-on work within manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, construction, automotive or similar environments
Confidence using hand or power tools (work, college or hobbies)
A willingness to learn machine operation and follow step-by-step instructions
Good reliability, attention to detail, and a positive approach to work
The ability to commute to Blandford for day or night shifts
