Job Description:

·         Seeking a Hospitality Driven Leader   

·         Manage all operational aspects to include Mail, Print Production, Front Desk and Conference room setups Business Development skills to                  grow services and client spend Creative and strategic thinker on how to better run the business

·         Open to new ideas and change Coach, Train, and develop employees

·         Deliver performance reviews and feedback Polished, professional, and speaks with grace

·         Excellent written and interpersonal skills Interviewing Skills Solid

·         Writing skills to effectively communicate

·         Follow up and Conflict Resolutions Skills

·         Business Acumen to interpret P&L statements and improve margin

·         Organizational & Task Management Skills

·         Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

·         Experience using Excel to record data and setup formulas

·         Digital Print experience similar to a Xerox V180/1000

Hours: Full Time

Shift: 8am-5pm (Monday – Friday)

Pay: $48,000 - $49, 920

Required Skills: Able to Lift 50+ Pounds; Back-up Reception; Car/Reliable Transportation; Corporate Polish; Experienced Candidate Preferred; Multi-line Phone System; Strong Data Entry; Strong Microsoft Excel; Strong Microsoft Outlook Calendar
