Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Tax Director in Bath to manage a portfolio of high net worth individuals, families, and family offices. The role includes strategic tax advisory, personal tax compliance, and leadership of a specialist team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-level personal tax planning: Inheritance Tax (IHT), Capital Gains Tax (CGT), trusts, residence, and domicile issues
• Advise family offices and landed estates on wealth planning and succession strategies
• Lead, mentor, and review the work of junior and senior tax professionals
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and business
• Provide proactive solutions for complex personal and cross-border tax matters

About You

• Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) with substantial personal tax experience
• Proven experience with high net worth clients and family offices
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK personal and international tax legislation
• Commercially minded and able to manage your own portfolio
