1^st Line Team Leader / IT Technician Team Leader

Nr Swindon / Chippenham - On site
£30,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits

This is a great position for a 1^st line Team Leader, or IT Technician Team leader or if you are Senior in a 1^st Line or IT Technician post and looking for a move up to Team Lead.

Due to this specific site, you will need to drive and either have or able to obtain SC Clearance. You will be onsite 5 days per week

Duties include:

• You will be the main point of contact for key stakeholders on site with to ensure they are receiving the highest level of service from the IT Technicians
• Looking after the IT Technicians are supported and their performance is top notch.
• Provide guidance and training to the team.
• Managing and delivering on projects such as migrations etc

You will also be hands on:

• Providing excellent 1^st line support
• Build and configure machines using In-tune
• Active Directory: Setting users up - access rights, permissions, passwords etc

Any experience in the Defence sector would be a real bonus to this position.
