Job Description

We are looking to hire an Office Manager with an accounting background for a small Property Management company to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Full charge office Manager to oversee all company operations
  • Manage records and information
  • Manage and Assist with employee schedules and HR issues
  • knowledgeable and able to handle and maintain accounting books and records
  • Produce monthly accounting statements and cash flows for all Property Owners
  • Plan, coordinate and maintain work facilities for several locations
  • handle phone calls and delegate tasks , handle any PR issues
  • Provide administrative assistance to management team and Managers
  • Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Accounting background
  • Property Management Background
  • Computer skills including Excel and word
  • strong letter writing  skills
  • Problem solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed record keeping
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
