Salary: £19,000 - £22,000 per annum plus 25 days' holiday, Optional 5 days unpaid leave per year, Annual lifestyle allowance of £300
Location: Kent

Exciting opportunity for a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join a passionate, friendly, and encouraging team to manage a diverse range of information systems. This organisation is forward thinking and encourages fresh ideas and progression.

Ultimately a successful Service Desk Analyst would be able to manage multiple technologies and systems in an exciting fast paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:
* First point of contact for IT support for the customer base.
* Keeping thorough, up to date internal records regarding queries and troubleshooting the next steps.
* Managing customers' expectations via all methods of communication.
* Supporting the smooth running of the wider IT Departments systems and processes.
* Onboarding new staff with their IT needs.

Essential Experience Required:
* Experience in a Service Desk or Support Role with technical support skills is essential.
* Microsoft 365 Admin Centre knowledge.
* Customer focused and exceptional communication skills on every level.

Desirable Experience:
* Self Motivated
* Excellent time management
* Good telephone manner
