Job Description:We are looking for a confident and adaptable Temporary Science Cover Teacher to support secondary schools across Birmingham. This role involves delivering pre-set Science lessons and maintaining a positive, productive classroom environment during teacher absences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned Science lessons to KS3 and KS4 students

• Maintain a calm and engaging classroom atmosphere

• Manage behaviour in line with school policies

• Provide feedback to permanent staff as needed

Requirements:

• Experience working in a secondary school setting

• Strong classroom management and communication skills

• Good understanding of the Science curriculum

• QTS or relevant cover teaching experience preferred
