Job Title: Labourer

Location: Strood

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Labourer to join our client's team in Strood. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's construction projects by maintaining clean and safe walkways, performing internal and external cleaning duties, moving materials, and assisting with various tasks as directed by the site management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Clearing walkways and ensuring they are free from debris and hazards.
  • Performing internal and external cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
  • Assisting with the movement of materials around the construction site.
  • Following instructions from the site management team and completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Valid Green CSCS Card is essential.
  • Proven experience as a Labourer in the construction industry.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
