Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive - New Forest
(5+ Years' PQE)

A well-established and respected law firm with offices across the New Forest is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy and supportive Wills & Probate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with 5+ years' PQE to manage an existing caseload and work on a varied range of private client matters within a collaborative and client-focused environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload including:

• Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Probate and estate administration
• Providing clear and empathetic support to clients and executors during often difficult times
• Advising on inheritance tax and estate planning matters
• Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring high standards of client care

The role involves working closely with a dedicated team committed to delivering excellent service and professional expertise.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ years' PQE in private client law
• Proven ability to manage a caseload of Wills, LPAs, and probate matters independently
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent organisational skills
• Effective communicator with a client-centred approach
• A collaborative team player with a commitment to service excellence
• STEP membership or working towards it would be advantageous
