Store Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a talented, driven and people-focused Store Manager with the ability to operate across multiple store locations. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you will play a key part in driving commercial performance, developing teams and ensuring operational excellence across a cluster of stores.
You will lead and oversee multiple stores, ensuring consistent standards, strong team performance and best-in-class customer experience across all sites. With responsibility for both people and operational delivery, you’ll be central to the success of your area.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site Leadership & People Development
- Lead and oversee multiple stores, ensuring consistency in execution, standards and performance
- Manage, coach and develop staff across several locations
- Build a strong, collaborative team culture across all stores
- Conduct performance reviews and support employee progression
- Ensure adequate store-level staffing to meet business needs
Operations & Business Performance
- Oversee daily operations across all stores, ensuring high efficiency and compliance
- Manage deliveries, stock levels, standards and ordering processes
- Coordinate scheduling and rotas to support productivity targets across multiple sites
- Carry out operational checks, compliance reviews and due diligence procedures
Customer Experience
- Ensure every store delivers excellent and consistent customer service
- Handle escalated queries or customer concerns professionally
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation, availability and store environment
Commercial & Financial Accountability
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs across the store cluster
- Monitor and control costs, minimise waste and maximise productivity
- Analyse commercial data to support decision-making and business planning
- Maintain regular communication with the Area Manager, sharing insights, challenges and opportunities across your stores
About You

- Skilled in time management, prioritisation and operational organisation
- Motivated by achieving targets and improving performance
- Able to inspire and influence others at all levels
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
Minimum Requirements
- Full UK driving licence, or ability to obtain one within 3 months of application(M25 areas excluded)
- Right to work in the UK
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and varied shifts
- Proven management experience within a fast-paced environment
